Some say that guide children through their teenage years is the most difficult task of parents face. I can see
that this comment can come from but it's something to look forward to. I think all stages of parenthood are different and difficult. When children reach adolescence, they experience many changes - mentally, physically and emotionally. Thus it is not surprising that this can be challenging for teens and parents. Eating the right foods, getting enough sleep and staying active are just some tips for healthy teens. When adolescents reach about 12 years old, have enormous growth spurts. They can get something like 10 cm per year. So as they grow into an adult (19-20 years), which require a lot of fuel. Hunger can appear constantly. Therefore, it is better to have a healthy diet readily available.
When we got up for breakfast, we've been without food for 8-10 hours. So for teenagers a good breakfast is very important. I can not understand people who do not eat breakfast, or people who eat breakfast, going to work in the morning. It is very important to have a good lunch and dinner. Lunch can eat like we do everything we do. Something like a salad or sandwich roll filled. This is a good way to get vegetables.
My kids yogurt whole time I was growing up. So the dinner. . . 50% of a plate should be vegetables. Like me, many children enjoy meat. I am this way because I grew up on a dairy farming family. But we all have our vegetables. Fritters and stews are also good ways to establish different types of vegetables. Pizza and homemade burgers are nice. Make these at home is much healthier and cheaper to eat / get takeaways. If your child says she is still hungry after you just had a meal, always can have more fruits or vegetables. I limited the amount of my children eat in the evening. Maybe just a cookie when my son comes home from school. But if you want to have an orange or an apple, that's fine.
It is important that children are active. I can not bear to iPads, iPods. . . whatever you call them. I decided that my children will never be one of them. If they do, they will not spend too much time on them. Currently our son spends a couple of hours a week on the computer. The games they play are educational. Growing up, my family never had something like a PlayStation. It's crazy the amount of time people spend with their mobile phones in their hands. Technology is great at what it can do for us, but is also part of our demise.
I wish you all the happiness in your life
